Harry Potter - The Magic Awakens Overseas Partial Server Outage

Yesterday (August 26th), Harry Potter - Magic Awakens, developed by NetEase, announced that some of its overseas servers (in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania regions) will soon be shut down, and the game has been removed from the App Store and Google Play today. It should be noted that the game will operate normally in Asia (China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and some overseas regions.  We're announcing an important update: We've shared the magical journey of Harry Potter: The Magic Awakens with millions of fans around the world.

On October 29, 2024, Harry Potter: A Magical Awakening will officially shut down its servers in the Americas, Europe and Oceania. The game will continue to be available to players in Asia, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as other select Asia, Middle East and North Africa regions. The game will be removed from the App Store and Google Play Store on August 26, 2024, and in-game purchases will be unavailable to players in these regions as of that date. Players who have already downloaded Harry Potter: A Wizard's Awakening will be able to continue playing as well as using their existing currencies and items until October 29, 2024, when the servers in the Americas, Europe, and Oceania regions officially shut down.
